We offer 14 days returns on any sale for peace of mind. Please contact us for any returns by email.

Warranty

We provide a 12 month warranty on all products sold. We will replace part of product or exchange.. Any return will need to be returned to our workshop.

Condition:

Used/ refurbished. There will be marks and scratches as you would expect from pre owned piece of furniture.

Delivery:

Most items include free doorstep delivery within London M25. Please get in touch if you are located outside this region and we can give quote for delivery.

For all UK orders we aim to ship within 7-10 days from order placed. Most items include doorstep delivery within London M25. Outside this area we are still able to deliver using trusted third party couriers. If items sent in box please keep for any returns

Outside UK orders

We are able to sent items outside UK but this is slightly more complicated due to customs and VAT. We use third party couriers within EU and shipping agent to any countries outside EU.
